The published store policy
The current MOSSY MOSS website states that returns and exchanges are not accepted, and asks customers to contact the studio if there is an issue with an order. This store statement does not remove any applicable statutory rights.
Every piece is individual
Each product is unique and may vary slightly from its photographs. Colour tones may also differ between a screen and the actual piece.
